Description
Adds a new section "Text labels with DivIcon" to the icons user guide.
This addresses #2092, which noted that there is no documentation on how
to add visible text elements to a Folium map.
The new section explains how to use
folium.DivIconto place text labelsdirectly on the map, with a working code example showing two labeled markers.
