Document MobilityAPI as the reference implementation of OGC API – Moving Features over MobilityDB: a thin, compiled Go tier that runs all temporal work inside MobilityDB (no in-process MEOS), with streaming responses, keyset pagination, index-using filters, and a lakehouse export feed. Cover the endpoint surface, the environment-variable configuration, build/test, and the repository's place in the MEOS ecosystem.
