Update moderator lists

Describe the issue

ContribEx:

I've update the list of Slack admins in #8957 , but the lists of other moderators on the moderators page is also at least 3 years out of date, possibly longer. Someone needs to take up updating the following:

• Mailing list moderators
• Discuss admins
• Youtube admins
• Zoom admins

Note that, in some cases, this will involve fixing the actual set of people with admin/mod permissions in the application in question.

@chris-short @chadmcrowell @Hii-Arpit - do you know who are the current active moderators? If so, could you either list them here or propose clean up in a PR? Thanks!

we can then also clean up perms on the zoom/admin application side.
